This 30-hour course is accredited by the National Open College Network (NOCN) and can be delivered over full days, half days or evenings. It is aimed at professionals and families living with someone on the autism spectrum.
Individuals attending this course should have attended awareness training or have a background of experience living or working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Learners have to provide a portfolio of referenced evidence and a three-week reflective log to meet the course outcomes.
Whenever possible we engage guest speakers who are on the autism spectrum on this course to explain their unique personal experiences.
